Hi, I’m Matt.
A Valley agent who does thoughtful work on the property — and the decision.
Why a planner sells houses
I came to real estate through urban and regional planning at Cal Poly Pomona, where I developed an interest in how places grow, how land is used, and what shapes a neighborhood over time. Since getting licensed in 2018 at Keller Williams Studio City, I’ve worked with buyers and sellers navigating some of life’s biggest decisions.
From 2019 through 2022 I was #1 in gross commission income and units on my Keller Williams team. Along the way I also built a second business documenting property and contents for attorneys and public adjusters — work that taught me to look at a home in forensic detail.
I’m also a homeowner and a father of four. I know what it’s like to outgrow a house, to weigh schools against commutes, and to make a big financial decision with a lot of people depending on it. That perspective shapes how I advise every client — buyers, sellers, downsizers and investors alike.
I bring a practical, research-driven approach to real estate, but I don’t lose sight of the people behind the transaction. You deserve honest advice, a strategy you understand, and someone who takes your interests seriously — and you work directly with me from the first conversation through closing.
Today I focus on nine San Fernando Valley neighborhoods, from Northridge and North Hills to Studio City and Toluca Lake. I also help clients moving between communities — from the Valley to Ventura, or around the South Bay. I write a weekly letter about what’s changing, and I’m always happy to talk through a property — even if you’re not buying or selling yet.
What you can expect
- Personal involvement. I’m the one scouting, negotiating and following through — start to finish.
- Straight answers. If a house is overpriced or a deal doesn’t pencil, I’ll say so.
- Numbers you can check. Every valuation and analysis shows its sources.
- Responsiveness. Call or text — I pick up, or call back the same day.
A clearer view of the Valley — every Wednesday.
One short, readable email: what’s being built, what’s been proposed, what sold and what it means — written by someone trained in city planning. Pick the neighborhoods you care about.
